Qualification:

1. Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent.

2. 1-2 years enjoy in manufacturing planning/ scheduling.

3. Strong analytics talents in quantity variations.

4. Require superior Excel/access & SAP talents & Microsoft Power B.

5. Provide support & insurance to the PC&L Supervisor.

6. Conformance to applicable audit requirements

7. Achieve PC&L KPI.

8. Deploy and put in force 5S and LEAN initiatives

The assignment of responsibilities:

A). Maintain grasp statistics in D-one Tool and SAP new BOM set-up.

B). D-one tool – validate & add month-to-month SIOP, demand & cargo and PCL enter optimization.

C). Liaise with sales & PCL to align the month-to-month SIOP forecast.

D). SAP deliberate orders overview vs real manufacturing attainment & adherence and backlog withinside the D-one tool.

E). Participate in ongoing Kaizen device development withinside the planning & scheduling process.

D). Customer waterfall fashion and analysis
